Certain pages on the site took an excessively long time to load which was quite frustrating... This issue was particularly apparent during the daytime. However during nighttime usage, everything seemed to run smoothly. I can attribute this to the company and team being relatively new but it's evident that they are proactive in addressing these issues and are committed to making improvements... Regardless I'm relieved that the bugs have been resolved!
I had some minor issues with the verification procedure, it took a while more than I expected. That said, I'm really happy they don't cut corners security-wise. That's the most important thing.
