Biplanne

I placed an order over a month ago and have not received it yet. I sent a couple of email inquiries and they just gave me a tracking number but still haven't seen the package. Seems strange...
Now editing... we received a pair of sunglasses from some China address, not Biplanne, in place of the fish finders we ordered. This is definitely a scam.

I ordered a piece of furniture and weeks later received a small package in my mailbox from China -- right at the start of the pandemic. I gingerly opened the pack to find red framed, red tinted lens knock off Ray Ban sunglasses. Ewww what is that --no where did it say it was from my company Biplanne. I threw them out and was a little spooked. My furniture never came and the tracking number Biplanne gave me stated my package was delivered to my mailbox. How do you fit a nightstand into a mailbox? On top of that Paypal closed my claim saying that I did receive my delivery therefore no refund would be given. I'm reading an April 2020 review where the customer was refunded and Paypal was aware of this scam company. I don't get it and have a very bitter taste in my mouth.

Ordered 2 depth finders but luckily paid via Paypal for insurance. They sent me a FAKE pair of Ray Ban sunglasses which aren't even listed on their web site any where. PayPal had to reimburse me for shipping and original money spent with these SCAM artists. Paypal mgt. Has told me they are soon to be pulling their ability to use PayPal in the future. My mission here is completed:-) Did I say Runnnnnnn as quickly as You can from this site unless you just want a pair of fake sunglasses! As others have mentioned... Their phone number for the business in High Point NC is a Maryland number that no one answers. And to make matters worse... their company location on their web site is a VACANT house per the High Point Police Department.

I ORDERED A MIRROR OVER A MONTH AGO, March 15th, and RECEIVED CHEAP SUNGLASSES! Do not buy ANYTHING! You will regret it!

Ordered Garmin ice transducer in march 2020 and was sent a cheep pair of sunglasses. Emailed Biplanne and order was reshipped and lost in transit reshipped a third time and have not seen it yet

I ordered a Garmin inReach device from Biplanne on March 15,2020. Now, that was when COVID closures were hitting many states including mine, so some delay in receiving products was not unexpected. The difference, other sellers were up front or when delays occurred they let me know. At the end of May, I sent emails to Biplanne. At first they did not respond. So I sent a message to PayPal who brokered the transaction. Biplanne responded to my emails telling me that the product had shipped and gave me a tracking number. I used the tracking number. Most fo the information was in Chinese (... a language I don't speak...) but the dates were in common format. The last date given was April 28,2020. The date the tracking number was sent to me was May 28,2020. When I emailed back to ask what had happened since April 28, I received no response. PayPal sent me notice that Biplanne says the product was delivered on July 3rd. I did receive a package from China Post. It contained a pair of counterfeit Ray Ban sunglasses. Certainly I did not receive a Garmin inReach GPS. We are now approaching 4 months. The purpose I tried to buy the GPS is past. I just want the refund and to get clear of Biplanne. I will look on other Chinese merchants with a large amount of skepticism.
