Place the order with expedited shipping they called Verified Our order then canceled it because an item was out of stock without bothering to email call anything still no refund not a very good company not very professional. Just a kids party no big deal Ha

Shipping is ridiculous. And on top of that if we want to return something we have to pay for the return on top of only getting refunded for the item and not shipping. And they WONT CANCEL THE ORDER EITHER

I made a order and got my items within the same week, I was missing half of my order and when I called to ask where the rest was they were really rude, they said it was out of stock but they didn't notify me or anything. I've been waiting for my refund for 3 weeks almost now, I've done called 3 time about my refund and their excuse is Covid19, however that's A bunch of hogwash. The lady this time was so rude and told me to get over it her name was BRITTANY if I can recall. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS WEBSITE, use PayPal at checkout and not your bank account!

I received everything I ordered within one week (and it was international). The items were all in there and they are all good... not the best quality in the world, but I knew that.

Awsome they are very quick with there delivery just wish they had more products on there site.

I placed an order 4/15/20, the order shipped 4/16/20 and I received the order 4/18/20. I decided to change the theme of my party so I sent those items back and placed another order 4/19/20, I paid $19.04 expedited shipping for my order to be here 4/27/20. It's Friday 4/24/20 6:08 pm and my order has yet to ship out or give me a confirmation regarding anything. I've been reaching out all day to customer service to find out what's going on with my order and all they've been doing is telling me "it's shipping today" nobody decided to figure out what's the hold up on my order and why it's taking so long. The order I sent back shipped out with NO ISSUE all of sudden my new order is delayed, This company is truly disgusting. With all of the sad things that are going on they should make sure people have THEIR birthday merchandise so they can enjoy these sad times and make the best of it. This company is frustrating, I want a FULL REFUND and will never order from the again! And I advise no one else to! They all act confused and helpless on customer service and it PISSED me all the way off. My 4 year old birthday has officially been RUINED. Thank you to this AWFUL company!

This website is totally fraudulent they advertise free personalized merchandise after spending a certain amount... only for them to deliberately exclude the personalized orders when shipping your order... I called them and customer service was hell. The only reasons I ordered from Canada was because of the personalized merchandise it really sucks that I paid a significant amount for shipping just be defrauded
