Their website is either a scam or their Telegram group is seriously hacked. I asked a simple question about their dashboard (using the Telegram icon at the top of their website) and, immediately, my phone was bombarded every few seconds. This is from people who claimed to be the moderators and wanted to know which wallet I used to buy the btcmtx tokens. I blocked them immediately and the calls stopped.
Dear Bicoin Minetrix, if you are a legitimate business, you must figure out a better way for investors to get in touch with you, in case they need info or have any questions.
Tip for consumers:
The company, Bitcoin Minterix does not have any normal way for users to contact them in case they have a question. Also, they do not seem to have a "contact form" that most websites use.
Telegram is a Mecca for hackers and scammers and it should not be used by any business.

I contacted the website with a question regarding their dashboard. I did not use a product.
