I've been a long time customer of Bitmain Comp. (4+ years) and have recommended them as the best supplier of mining equipment many a time. Service is spotless, prices are competitive and deliveries swift. I've recently purchased a few components I couldn't yet put to use, but I have complete peace of mind that if anything was wrong then they would sort it out very quickly. As expected it all arrived next day and I've now confirmed everything works as intended.

Easy to use website that made choosing which components very straightforward, smooth process throughout and communications were great so you knew what was happening when and based on my experience of costing very similar mining builds on a number of different website, I didn't find anything cheaper. Once the mining machine arrived, clear instructions about setting it up and it's now working brilliantly and up to my expectations

Wow, I was surprised. UK retailer of Bitmain, placed test order for part few weeks ago and got it as promised in 7 days. Today got my backordered L7. Everything is ok!

Antminer KS3 has worked flawlessly from minute one. Backorder arrived as described. I had a single issue after installing OS which was fixed promptly with a quick call to the technical service. Brilliant company and good quality.!

Its my second Antminer,and extremely happy with both, From beginning to end the staff have been more than helpful with advice and recommendations,cant recommend them highly enough.Delivery time was as said,,yep very pleased my miner.

The whole process was hassle free. Backorder of miner S19j XP was delivered on time and in good order and at a very competitive price.

D9 miner arrived timely, very well packaged and ready to mining. All parts as advertised. Cannot complain! Even spoke with tech support regarding query on PSU. Answered all questions in a kind manner. Would highly recommend.

Great service. Delivery times as expected, arrived in custom made box and well protected. Nice welcome package with necessary instructions and was up and running almost straight out of the box. Highly recommend.

I ordered three things. A mining case, fans and a controlboard. The case was on time because it wasn't dropped off at smart post. Stupid idea, btw. The controlboard, which is what I need to complete a build is STILL not here after 6 days of nothing. I am in the same City from where it was shipped. I should have just payed the extra money for Amazon to give me the controlboard. I will NEVER use BitmainUK again. Shipping sucks here.

2 weeks into running my new miner and everything is running great. I made a small error when selecting the power supply but the guys swapped it out for me after a quick phone call. Really well packaged for delivery as well.

Very pleased with my new miner. It arrived within the specified time period and initial Set up was easy. I had a few minor questions that I emailed but they were answered fully within a day or so.
I would definitely recommend BITMAIN UK if you're prepared to wait a few days for a quality miner.

Mining machine works flawless. A well needed upgrade. This is the 3rd time i have bought from here and will continue to do so when needed. 10/10 would shop again.

Bought a S19 Hydro miner from them, delivery was not as long as I expected and everything came connected well. Couple of niggles with set up was dealt with by customer services with no hassle. Would recommend to anyone.

Miner KS5 was delivered earlier than stated, works perfectly, and staff was helpful during the process of choosing a machine.

Had a slight issue with the PSU in my order, but it was replaced immediately - replacement was shipped by next day delivery.

This is my second purchase from bitmain uk on both occasions I've found the process of choosing made easy with the website which is easy to follow and detailed, delivery from start to delivery was around 5 days,if you need help they're a phone call away

Easy to set up and when I encountered problems with connecting a monitor the customer service was very kind and helpful.

Honestly i was skeptical at first, wow, UK retailer, however the communication before and after my purchase made me comfortable. The ANTMINER was delivered as specified and works amazingly!

Bought some antminer parts and it said shipped all of the items and once I got one of the product, they added a new tracking number for the others that will come another week later. Very misleading, if I knew they were going to pull something like that, I would have of just purchased at Amazon and get it the same week with prime.

This is the 3rd time I have had a mining machine through them and won't be the last. They are fast, reliable and they sure do know their stuff, so if your stuck or have a question about anything just bob them a message as they are so helpful and will assist you anyway they can. I'm so happy with my latest miner so thank you so much everyone for being fabulous at what you do!

Over all the Antminer K7 is a beast of a machine my only issue is it keeps crashing and I can't seem to get it sorted now I keep thinking no worries it boots straight back up again and its fine but for over $2000 really you should have no issues at all so reason I rate it a 3* if my issue was resolved then for sure it would be a 5* as other than this issue i can't fault it
