Incentives and bonuses is how Bitoomba lures players like me into depositing into their online casino. Or, more appropriately, their online grand scam scheme. They are all useless though because promotions, bonuses and VIP programs are only worth it when players get paid out in full and on time. When they are not paid out at all it is called a scam. If you have any doubts about the integrity of this casino, then have a look at some of their reviews, especially negative ones, which are scattered all over specialized forums and Bitcoin themed websites. Bitoomba still has not paid me out on my winnings from six months ago and they are using a variety of excuses for this – the excuse I get depends on who I am talking to in customer support. I have been screwed out of 10 Bitcoin in winnings and the only thing I have been offered by Bitoomba so far is a barrage of excuses. First they said they will credit my account in 24 hours, which became 48 hours and eventually became 6 months. I have met all the play through requirements for the bonus that I received, and I requested a withdrawal. Ever since then Bitoomba has been feeding me excuse after excuse when I tried to find out when the said 10 Bitcoin would hit my wallet. I have gone to bed numerous times hoping that the issue would be resolved the next day but honestly speaking I have already given up on Bitoomba and I do not think I will ever see my Bitcoin again. Things are certainly not improving with Bitoomba and I am writing this review in the hope that it will deter other players from being sucked into depositing and eventually inevitably losing their Bitcoin to this scam.

Bitoomba was doing fairly well in my books until I won a substantial amount of Bitcoin in their slots game. Long story short it took me six months to receive half of the jackpot! Then, very suddenly without me ever touching the account the balance became zero and I was locked from making any more plays. Bitoomba told me that they had proof that I had actually lost the remaining Bitcoin balance through gambling but I know this is not true, because I have not made a single play for a very long time. I cannot be going crazy because I decided not to make any more plays after the jackpot took forever to get withdrawn. It leads me to a conclusion that the log files are fake but I am yet to see them because Bitoomba has other ideas about presenting the evidence of me gambling to me. A friend of mine had almost 50 Bitcoin disappear from his account. The reasons for disappearance are shrouded in mystery, just like my loss. I cannot describe my annoyance with Bitoomba without using swearwords but I will go ahead and brand them as rogue and as a scammer. I would like to put this message out there for other players, so that they know what they might be dealing with if they make a deposit and play their cards wrong, excuse the pun. Bitoomba is nothing but a fancy front for scam artists and crooks and I would hate to think how many other players they have scammed though their operations. If you still have any doubts about them, then I suggest you look up lists of rogue Bitcoin casinos and you will find that there is plenty wrong with Bitoomba. Mos t of my messages are ignored and the ones that get an answer do not really make any sense.

The biggest mistake in my gambling career was to join Bitoomba. I hated their name as I was typing the URL into my browser and I should have known to quit right there and then without even starting. Their website is very user-unfriendly and I have spent several minutes on it trying to figure out what to click. It just didn't make sense. Everything is a drag with Bitoomba – from the moment you join to the moment where they restrict your account for no apparent reason. I have tried and tried to figure out what happened to my account but I have been unable to do so. Here is my saga with Bitoomba. There really hasn't been anything positive, so I am afraid I will have to stick with all negatives. Opening an account was a drag. It took forever and they were not very responsive when it came to customer support. I had no option than to accept the welcome bonus when I joined – it was mandatory. I think this is to make you gamble away all of your Bitcoin playing stupid games that nobody wants to play because the winning odds are garbage. I have always had the option of opting out and usually it's an unspoken kind of thing – if you do not ask, they will not tell you about it. On Bitoomba it was literally forced on me and I had to accept it. But I wasn't able to place a single bet even on their crappier games. My Bitcoin is still stuck in the account and I can't withdraw it. They're suggesting I download their software but I have no intention of dong that because I'll end up with a virus, which will hack into my wallet and scam me for my Bitcoins!

Bitoomba’s incentives and bonuses are plentiful, especially considering the fact that they do not have the best reputation for online Bitcoin casinos. I have read several reviews about them scamming and conning players out of their Bitcoin, but unfortunately I read all of those reviews too late, that is after I had already been scammed by them. They use their bonus offers to lure suckers like me to deposit, but the sad fact is that all promotions, bonuses and loyalty programs are rendered useless if players do not ever get paid. This is exactly the case for the majority of the players of Bitoomba, who made a deposit after being enticed by generous offers. Their website states that they offer a fun and entertaining playing environment whether you play for real Bitcoin or for free. This is not the case. The odds are clearly different when you pay for free – I played for free about 50 times (placed 50 bets) and won 40 times. There is no way in this world that the same odds will apply when you actually join and make a deposit. This is impossible and that is why I am labeling them as scammers. Bitoomba launched a while ago and they recruited a famous marketing company to make the site popular among my fellow online gamblers. Unfortunately in the beginning the odds for paid games were a lot better but they seem to have changed as Bitoomba became more popular. And they did not change in favor of the players. This is kind of a given. Scammers like Bitoomba do this often – enticing you to deposit is one thing, but letting you win consistently is a completely different thing. They will do the former, but they will never deliver on the latter. Avoid them like the plague!
