I had very successful results with Jerry at bleachstain.com. My oriental wool carpet had a large brown stain from using oxyclean on the carpet. I tried baking soda, water, vinegar and other cleaners. Nothing worked. Then i found bleachstain.com and emailed them. Jerry was very prompt and helpful. I sent him photos and he walked me through the process.
