“Excellent Service”

Placed an order with Blind2go following previous purchases from them, my order arrived promptly given the Easter holiday break but unfortunately part of the order was defective, I contacted their Customer Service team and recieved an excellent response, not only did they send me new item to replace the defective one immediately, they also sent some items free of charge that I had forgotten to order in the first place as a goodwill gesture. I can't praise their service and product highly enough. Thanks again!

Update - they have now tried to sort this issue out. Ellie tried to be helpful. It's a shame it took so many emails and so much of my time to get it sorted. We have used Blinds2go often in our old and new houses. Sadly, we have had a terrible experience with them recently. We ordered several blinds and a very expensive set of curtains. All the blinds we ordered had a cream lining. But when they arrived one did not have a cream lining. So it really stands out. This company have refused to help us with this even though they have acknowledged this is a manufacturing and supply problem. They apologised and then offered us a solution- buy another blind and they would give us 25% off the new blind. So we would have to pay more money for a problem not of our making, an issue they admitted was their fault! Really sad as we have used them a lot. Upset more than anything to be honest.

Easy to use service, kept constantly updated with the progress of our order, easy to fit, good quality product, will definitely use again

Tip for consumers:
They blamed a supply problem but wouldn’t help us when that supply problem resulted in our blind being unusable.
