My gift is one week late now. Its so disappointing. No email of apology... Nothing I will never use this company again
Its disgraceful and a very disappointing service. They sent an email to say my gift would be delivered on the 15 th of February. It is now the 19th and still no delivery. No apologies, nothing. How do these companies stay in business? I will never ever use them again
