I purchased a computer off Blue Water Tech Mart.com. I couldn't believe what a great deal I was getting and after doing some research decided it must not be a scam since there were no bad reviews. There were no good reviews either. I recieved an order confirmation and about 1 month later a shipping confirmation (with no tracking number). A customer service rep named David promised me a partial refund for the delay in shipping, and then another partial refund for damaged packaging that had apparently been the source of the delayed shipping. I never got a refund. When I asked him about he said everyone who could do the refund was out with the flu. This was the same case a week later. I finally asekd for a full refund since I still had not recieved the package or a tracking number. That's when all correspondence stopped. David stopped e-mailing me back, my calls were not returned, and none of the other e-mail addresses listed would get in touch with me either. Luckily I paid through PayPal so I filed a claim and got my money back. Still absolutely no correspondence with Blue Water Tech Mart. I realized that it must be a scam where they take advantage of PayPal's 45 day policy. If you file a claim within 45 days they will resolve the issue for you. Blue Water kept me thinking they were working with me to get me the laptop up until almost the 45 day cutoff. Had I waited any longer to file a claim with PayPal I would not have gotten my money back or my computer.
