These Muppets shipped one item.out of the 2 I ordered. I reviewed the one item and the other item was left with no tracking number or updates for 10 days. After a week of trying to contact them I finally got thru on live chat just for them to tell me there was an inventory error and they don't have the item.i ordered. Yet the item is still listed on their site. Boathouse has non existent customer service and.cant even update their inventory. Do not shop here

I am beyond annoyed and want to warn people not to purchase anything from the bs company. They promise and say that they have the fastest shipping in Canada 2-5 business days but than neglect to send you all your items. I spent $150 for 3 items and only received one of them.

The company uses false advertising on their online orders and it's bs on what is promised.

I ordered some skates from Boathouse during the pandemic to keep me sane... it took them 3 weeks of me badgering them to tell me they oversold. Kinda funny... I look on ebay and there are size 7,8 and 9 in the same styles Boathouse sold...
It is super shady behaviour to take advantage of people in need during this pandemic.
Boathouse. You need to put measures in place to stop selfish staff who benefit off of customers during the pandemic. Shame on you.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order online and they only sent 1 of my 2 items. It's been 2 weeks since my "2-5 day" delivery. And I've written them 4 times asking for my refund. Not one response from them. I'd have preferred my order, than the refund. But at this point I want my money back. I will never buy from them again. Super scam
Worst service ever. I ordered Fila disruptor II and received one worn out shoe that too at the time of COVID 19. Very irresponsible retailer. Sent them an email 10 days ago, still waiting for the reply.
Worst customer service and shipping. It's obvious they have few employees and are more interested in the money in their pocket then customer satisfaction. I placed an order online on December 5th and according to the website it 2-5 business for shipping. It's December 18 and according to the cs agent I just spoke to I will not have it before Christmas because they are still working on November orders.

Modify your website to say 3-4 weeks shipping. Very mis-leading

We ordered summer clothes for my teenage son months ago and have had no update, no response to our emails and phone calls and no clothes. "Fastest Shipping in Canada?" You'd better remove that claim from your site, it is false advertising. Caveat Emptor! Worst company ever. Never again!

Should've read reviews before I ordered. Bought 3 items. 2 were sent. Fully charged for all 3 items. Two weeks later, $70 pants I've paid for have not been shipped and no response to 4 emails sent. Will never shop here again. Will be contacting credit card for refund.
Worst customer service in the world! Made a mistake with my email in my first order they couldn't find the order with all the other info I gave and told me it didn't go through and order again. Ordered again but ended receiving both orders. Took more than two month many emails and calls (waiting 3 hours on hold) to sort it out and get a refund...

3 weeks and no sign of my order, Boathouse states they have to submit a claim with the carrier for investigation and wait on results before they can do anything with my order.
I ordered multiple items that all shipped in different orders, which would be fine IF I received the items I actually ordered. I ordered a sweater and instead received a jacket that had a clearance sticker on it. I messaged customer service 3 times within two weeks with no response. They even marked my inquiry as "resolved" without anyone speaking to me first. It's now been a month and I have still not received a refund for the item I NEVER RECEIVED!
Purchased 2 hoodies online on May 8,2020 which I fully paid. They order was later canceled a few days by Boathouse of which they promised to refund my money in 5 business days.
Today is the 15 of June and not even a representative has responded to any of the numerous emails and phone calls made.

I bought boots in an order in November, and somehow a shacket was also ordered. I did not realize I had been charged until I got an email 3 weeks after the boots came in, saying it was on its way. It was a clearance item, cost over $100. I emailed to ask them to cancel it and got multiple automated emails back but nothing helpful. I went to the local store, they couldnt help becuse it was a clearance item. I contacted someone through customer service number and they started communicating with me via email, then completely stopped. Called them after waiting a week again, another worker continued where we left off. She agreed to a refund. Two weeks after it was provided, I get an email saying they refunded me $45! It was over 100 spent! I will NEVER shop with them again and I'm letting others know. VERY UNHAPPY.

I ordered 4 things almost 2 weeks ago and I received 2 things the next day only to have zero tracking information sent to me on the last two items. I emailed the company and no response. I finally got on an online chat only for them to tell me they are over two weeks behind on pulling orders. Explained that I needed these items for a vacation and I thought giving them a month was plenty of time but now looks as thought I won't get the stuff in time. The online chat was with "Robyn" and she nonchalantly told me too bad and there is nothing they can do. Clearly they have one very ineffective workers pulling every order that comes across the system and Boathouse could care less whether they taje care of their customers. Absolutely brutal in my opinion.

Boathouse has been BY FAR the worst experience i've had to deal with when it comes to online shopping. Not only that but if you look at their items, there's not a single item that is rated below 5 stars. They purposely don't approve subpar reviews.
I ordered a white addidas T-shirt from them the size was medium because I usually buy medium of addidas, but their medium which I received is equal to XL size. Still that t-shirt is at my place no one come to pick or no exchange. I totally wasted my money. I recommend to everyone please don't buy from them.

I purchased a clothing item from the website and it arrived quickly, in 2 to 3 days. The item was well packaged and my clothes arrived in perfect condition. I'm very satisfied with my order and will be doing more shopping at Boathouse. I recommend ordering online since this transaction was so easy.

2items out of 3 received one item missing they indicate all 3 were shipped!.only 2 items were received and were sent back and it s been over 6 weeks and still no reinbursment even after sending emails and calling them. They just don t care and ignore you! Terrible service.

I was in the CrossIron Mills mall in Calgary today and went to the boathouse to look at some clothing that they had in their store. I found some underwear that I was looking for and went to the cashier to cash out. After a lengthy line I got to the cashier and she cashed me out and then I noticed that I had the wrong size. She didn't know what to do so she went and asked the manager he got upset said no returns and told me to get out of the store or he would call security. Found this to be very tasteful and very rude on the managers part. If he is that stressed out, he should not be in that position.
Ordered two pairs of slides and payed for the fast shipping, its been over a week and i dont have my full order, plus i have to wait another 11 business days now for my full order to come in. If you want to know the feeling of being disappointed, order from them!
I ordered 8 items from this website and 4 of the eight were items I did not order. I ordered 2 pairs of pants thay came in the wrong color. Bathing suit bottoms that were the same brand but different style than I ordered (which were way more revealing than the ones I ordered). And a hoodie that was the same brand but a totally different sweater. I was very disappointed when I messaged multiple times regarding all the wrong items and they didn't get back to me for 8 weeks. When they finally did reply it was an automated reply and it ticketed my concern "resolved" when it definitely was not.
I ordered a clothing item here and they charged me and never shipped it.
I had to get a chargeback on my credit card. I think the site is a scam.
