Top Positive Review

“Great customer service”

Joel S.
8/6/22

Very impressed with the communication from Jeremiah. He was thorough with his diagnostic and he took the time to explain everything. I took my truck to another shop for a 2nd opinion and they were not as thorough and their communication with me was terrible. I called Jeremiah back after getting the other shops diagnosis and Jeremiah was honest and open to talk to me about the difference in the diagnosis. I can not review their work because I have not yet used them, but If their work is half as good as their customer service, I will not be disappointed!

“Misdiagnosis Scam 2006 Dodge 3500 5.9 Cummins Diesel”

1.0 star rating 2/3/2017 Updated review I am rewriting a review Due to There poor misdiagnoses of my truck. First off I was traveling through Golden from Sturgis with my Motorcycle and Vette in my trailer No check engine lights were on just had no power I called several of my Diesel buddys back home and the sugested a fuel filter so I changed it out. Got ready to get back on the Highway and my truck was having trouble pulling the trailer up the hills so I got of and pulled in to a transmission shop Called AC Transmission which could be in Cahoots with Jeremiah Curtis, mind you I told him about what the truck was doing and he said it sounds like my Turbo Charger and Jeremiah at Bodacious Could scan it and Diagnose the problem so I did. This was from a so Called transmission guy. Jeremiah was not at the shop at the the time but His mechanic put it on his scanner no check engine lights but some very old codes low boost and an old transmission code, they just couldn't figure it out. Jeremiah came back and pulled my dipstick and guessed it was a transmission even though the other codes said low boost. They both were just Guessing mind you a transmission is in the thousands so why Sell me a Presure Boost Sensor that cost $271 from the dealer which is Basically a Map Sensor. So that Being Said Jeremia Talked me into believing I needed a transmission Talked me Out Of Getting A Jasper Reuilt Transmission in which Comes with a warranty He then sold me on a rebuild with better Clutches and better Torque Converter so it sounded beneficial to the truck when towing. I waited 2 day in a hotel and rented a car because he didnt want me hanging around to see what he was really doing first off he said he was rebuilding the transmission In come to find out after the fact he sent it to his Buddy at AC Transmission who Charged 16 Hours Labor To Rebuild The Transmission which I found out after these Theives Submitted these documents to Chase Bank Card To dispute my Rejection of Only $1818. 55 of the $4400. 00 he charged me for the transmission. My Transmission Guy In Nevada reviewed the Invoice and determined the Transmission Shop At AC Transmission Charged $200 an Hour but Jeremiah Most likely Doctored the Invoice to Pad The Bill. Wow This Guy is A Piece of Work Also I intercepted His Truck when he came back with the rebuilt Transmission and Was able to take my Parts that were removed from my Transmission Not one Part looked worn or damaged. Also he Purchased Synthetic Transmission Fluid to Put In My Transmission but Mind you He put some Budget Autozone Generic Trans. Fluid in it HE is Scandalous. He got the Transmission Done and in Reset the Computer so if there were codes they would clear them and the truck would run Fine Until it was under a load. I made it about 200 miles outside of Golden and the Check engine light came on and the truck did exactly what it did when i brought it to them I CALLED HIM AND HE SAID HE DIDNT KNOW WHAT IT COULD BE so I pulled into a Napa and used there OBD reader and we looked up the Code and the code history and 2006 Dodge 5.9 Cummins Map Sensor Otherwise Known as a Turbo Power Boost Sensor Mopar Part # 3971106 Causes Lack Of Power Not Related To any Transmission Issues There was NOTHING WRONG WITH MY TRANSMISSION But He Sold Me One Anyway he knew the whole time it wasnt a transmission. BY THE WAY HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK WHILE I WAS STUCK ON THE ROAD. Because he Knew I couldn't come back I was on my way Back to Las Vegas and He also Knew I was from Florida out of state Plates so THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE COMMON PLACE THEFT of out of towners. Back To the Unethical Missdiagnosis I paid him $800 Cash and Put $1818. 55 on my Debit Card thats $2618. 55 I also put $1818. 55 on my Chase Card and only disputed that. He disputed my rejection of Payment and Thats when all the Documents came to light and each one was Filled in after that facts and HIS Transmission Rebuild Invoice was revealed. Scam My Transmission Guy Looked all of them Over and I gave Him all the Parts that were removed from My Transmission Which were not worn or Damaged in any way. I also showed the parts to another shop and they asked why did he replace any of these parts Tony said one part was $300 from the Dealer and they bench tested it it was fine, SCAMMER at Bodacious Diesel WOW. He had me fill out a good review before I even left his office or even drove the truck to insure his SCAM would work. He Is The Most Unethical Person I have ever Delt With STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY {RYAN WAS RIGHT THIS GUY WOULD SCAM ANYONE} Just Read His Review Wow. By the way My Transmission Guy whos been in Business since 1960s in the same place looked at the parts and the Invoices and said the whole thing Was a Rip off the hours to rebuild the RR labor, The replacement of perfectly good parts, He also owns a 2006 Dodge 5.9 Cummins and Knows these Trucks and Transmissions. Sincerely Completey Dissatisfied Customer The Transmission Seams to be working Fine But It Didnt Need A Transmission. Certainly not a $4400. 00 one More than $1100. 00 over priced.
