I have bought a top-dress from them but have unfortunately received a defective item and no refund whatsoever. Customer service was also very unfriendly and obtuse.
First of all, the dress was not as described: it had other color, was a lot longer and stitched in the middle of the chest, instead of tied together with a string. This would have still been no problem for me, as it was still beautiful
However, half of the chest was sewn the wrong way. I know it's supposed to be a boho dress... but this one is simply asymmetrical and because of the wrongly sewn part it cuts into the flesh.
When I asked them about it, they simply said that they are sorry THAT I AM HAVING AN ISSUE WITH THE ITEM... not that they have sent me a defective one. They also told me that, if I want a refund, I need to send the item back to them, at my expenses, which would have costed me half of the initial price of the item (they are based in Israel). Or, as a "peace offering", they told me TO BUY ANOTHER ITEM, at a lower price. I refused, having lost my trust in their quality.
So I'm left with a defective item, and not even a partly refund. All in all, a pretty bad experience! I would say - be careful of this website!
