Visited the Scottsdale 7500 Mayo address after booking 2 lanes online for 2 hours with 10 shoe rentals. The charge came to $321.15. Due to unforeseen circumstances only two of the 10 expected bowlers participated. So myself and a colleague bowled for 2 hours. On our departure I asked if we would be credited for the unused shoe rentals. The managers answer was no. He stated that his location received no money from our booking/reserving lanes at his location! I asked what type of business does that! I also stated that I felt cheated because the alley was about 20% capacity, we could have easily walked in, acquired 2 lanes and two pairs of shoes, bowled for two hours and spent $80! A $240 dollar savings! The manager was totally useless…the lanes were so dimly lit (aesthetics) you couldn't see the lane marks. The bowling balls were some of the worse I've seen, every one had 4 finger drillings, and only 8-14 lbs. Have to say don't waste your time or have your capital stolen by fraternizing Bowlero! I will steer everyone I know away from this place!
