“Cheating online bookstore”

Cheating online bookstore. Wait 2 months got the textbooks. Sent many emails but no any replies. Much more angry when got the books. Not a hardcover, cover not same as shown in web. The very very bad and thin paper quality. Unable to accept. Requested refund but no reply. No more business, bad online bookstore that I never see
