Had 3 days to hand in an exam. Tutor had family problems or was sick. They couldn't get the story straight. Unprofessional. Waste of my time. I should've known. Tutor was inconsistent since the beginning. Garbage.
I'm sorry you had a poor experience back in 2020, the tutor did have a very bad issue (COVID-19), but that isn't an excuse for lagging on taking an exam. Since that issue, we've put many measures in place to ensure this won't happen any further. As you mentioned, a full refund was given. We hope in the future you will give us another shot to show our stability within the industry.
My tutor kept missing deadlines. When they finally did the work they barely got Cs. I had to reach out to them after every assignment. It was a headache.

I should have known this was a horrible idea, but for some reason I thought paying someone to take a midterm in a required class that didn't really matter in my degree would lighten up my workload. This way I could focus on my other degree focused projects. I was very clear with the requirements. I stated they were essay questions and expressed my concerns, but they assured me the tutor would reach out if they had any questions. They did not reach out, so I assumed they read the requirements for the essay. My midterm was graded a 17/30. I give them one star because at the very least they have promised to return my money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! It is not worth risking an important grade. DO YOUR OWN WORK! I will definitely do this from now on.

Don't. There might be some good tutors on the website but it's not worth getting paired with a bad one.
