The food was great, the atmosphere is the best part. I brought my children, they also loved it too. We sat right next to the Live music on the piano.

We drove from Vancouver twice to exchange 2 pair of jeans to your Surrey location and didn't have the size but took the next size up. Got home and both jeans still had your security tags on them so why didn't your theft device alert they were still on. Now we have to waste another part of the day to go back! Very poor security system why have it then!?!? Staff need to check items!

Inside both Bootlegger stores in my city say " no sale is ever final". I went to the store to buy two pairs of jeans. They didn't have my size so I paid at the store and had them shipped to my house. After one week I contacted the store about a size issue. The manager was extremely rude and wouldn't take them back.
So I brought my issue to customer service online. Huge run arround and still they wouldn't exchange my jeans. I don't understand their sign in the store and their response one week after I purchased them. I have the receipt as well. I will never step into a Bootlegger store again. I bet if I bought of Amazon I wouldn't have had any of these problems. Buyer beware

My expectations were high. My experience was pitiful. We ordered the easiest meal possible. Chicken parm. I caanot say it any other way but they have taken an extreme turn for the worst. They are living with their past reviews and in no way are the restaurant they were. So sorry to say this.

I have many good things to say about Bootlegger and only one negative. I've been shopping at Bootlegger for years for both myself and my husband and have had many great experiences. For the most part, the quality is really good, the styles are great and the prices are reasonable, One of the things that I really like about Bootlegger is the Bootlegger Card. The card itself gives you 10% off of all items, but the real perks kick in with the Bootlegger card promo e-mails. Only card members receive these offers and you can get up to 40% off on brand name top-quality jeans and other clothing items. Combine that with the 10% off for the Bootlegger card discount and that's 60% off. They also have a lot of other promo sales with really huge discounts. They also offer in-store pickup for even further savings. The only warning I have for this store is that sometimes it's better to go into the store and actually feel and try on the items. I have been disappointed (only a few times) with items that appeared to be better in the online picture than they actually were, including one recent order of brand name jeans. Other than that, they have an excellent exchange policy and I have had some really great customer service experiences there. I really hope they keep it up!

Boutght a pair of cords, did not fit properly. Were 40$ and paid 7.95 shipping as well...to return, you have to also make your own shipping label and pay for your return.
With so many other companies that pay shipping and returns, I will not be looking at bootlegger again, to expensive on shipping and returns, and quality is not above others.

I have ordered items online from Bootlegger several times. Their website is great, the size chart does match the item, their clothes is good quality and best of all they deliver within 4-5 days of ordering every-time and unlike the GAP when you order from them you don't get told it is out of stock 10 days later.

I ordered two pair of bootlegger curvy skinny no fade jeans. One pair was good the other pair I wore and the zipper won't stay up, I went to store to exchange them and they wouldn't because I wore them. Faulty zipper and they wouldn't exchange them because I wore them? Treated horribly by assistant manager. I'm waiting on online manager to call me will post after I speak to them.

If you are worried about shopping online try Bootlegger to start you off they offer the best return policy and there product is beautiful and made well.

I've only ordered one top from them but it came quickly and the quality was excellent.

Salesman listened to what I was specifically looking for in jeans and he picked out exactly what I wanted. He certainly knew his products.I've been buying from this company for years as I have an inseam of 33 and always find quality jeans here.
