I must say I read the reviews for this site AFTER I had ordered my boots and quite frankly wish I hadn't bothered as they caused me unnecessary panic! The shipping terms were 7 days and things were going to be a little tight for a Christmas delivery before we had all the disruption with the weather.

My boots arrived safely on the 6th Jan and I cannot fault their quality or authenticity. I would use this site again.

Appeared genuine until I made payment but the email confirmation and tracking number made me feel more secure. EMS tracking told me that the goods had cleared customs and been posted but nothing further. Complete fraud. Contacted credit card company who are investigating - they have said that they'll refund me and trace the money since the goods have not arrived. Fingers crossed that I get my money back. NEVER NEVER USE THIS SITE! I will always check site jabber from now on!

I ordered two pairs of ugg boots on December 16th and only got them this morning. They are gorgeous but the wait is a bit long especially when there is no communication with the company.

I wrote a review last week about this site, but today the miraculous happened the boots arrived, I was dissapointed somewhat by the quality but I have seen and own some worse.
Must apologise to Bootsloa, but they should reply to the e-mails that are sent to them.
Would'nt order again though.

Im so sorry for my bad comments Bootsloa,. I have just received these this morning and they look fantastic. Took exactly 21 days but had no confirmations e-mails or anything so I thought this was a scam.

Ordered boots in November by mid December knew i had been wripped off! Contacted paypal and now have a full refund! AVOID at all costs

I ordered some ugg boots on the 1st of December and the payment was taken out of my account but I haven't recieved them. I'm reallyupset because they were a Christmas present. I have emailed them 4 times but no reply this website must be a fraud Especielly after looking at these other reviews. Grrr

I can confidently say that this website is a total scam. I ordered from them and have received a letter from the UK Border Agency saying that they have confiscated the parcel they sent to me as the goods were counterfeit and it will be destroyed. I have tried to contact the 'company' but as you would expect have got nowhere.

A couple a weeks ago I also left a review here about bootsloa, I also saw that the website disepeard. But this week, i received my goods.

I'm very sure that they are fake uggs. And the size isn't the one I asked for. But i'm happy that I received them.
So they didn't lie. But they have the badest service ever!
If somebody send you an e-mail it is unrespectfull not to answer it!

I'm scared to send the uggs back, to receive the right size. Because if I do that, I won't receive anything! So I gave them to my little sister.

A good advise, do not order at this website!

Absolute frauds. I ordered a pair of Uggs from this site. I never received a comfirmation mail and after several emails I've sent them, I never got a response. They've given me a FALSE tracking number! My creditcard bill stated DIGGINGSHOP.COM as the receiver of my money. Well, just look that website up on sitejabber. So now I contacted my bank to get my money back. Never buy anything from this website. They say they're an english company, but it's chinese. If you want to save a lot of money, just go to a store and buy your uggs there.

Ordered boots on 12/12/2010, come today and still yet to get them. Two emails to them have yielded no response. The account showing on my statement is to XinhueWang in Shenzhen, China. This probably is a stupid question but is there a way to track them down.

I must add that I chose the wrong rate to this website... OF COURSE It doesn't get any worse than this. DON'T even go there, you will absolutely hate it!

Absolute frauds. Like the other person said, I ordered my boots on the 30th November, and I was able to track them but they stopped making any progress about a week ago and sure enough, checked the credit card bill and it was DIGGINGSHOP.COM. Now the www.bootsloa.com website will not let me log in or do anything. It's an absolute pile of sh*t. DON'T USE IT. EVER.

BE WARNED. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is a total fraud. I ordered two pairs of boots to give to my twin daughters for Christmas. And they never arrived, but of course the money went out of my account when I ordered them. The tracking number was false and the boots never left Bejing and my daughters did not get their Christmas presents.

It's a scam not authentic absolute fakes. Please do not use

I've got to agree with Evans L. Fast delivery (6days!) good quality boots for only 70quid. Can't fault it& would use site again!

I am another unhappy customer of bootsloa, they took our money and my boots have never arrived, they were going to be christmas present from my boyfriend. I am so upset that I never checked SiteJabber before I ordered.

Scam scam scam! Got a tracking number never moved once after it had reached dispatch! Had to request a order confrimation! Luckily paid through paypal so getting my money back! Avoid avoid avoid!
