Total Fake Uggs. I have been trying to return them since I received them and I have emailed them 15 times. I have not heard a word back from them so I can't return them or get my money back. So much for making my daughters wish come true for Christmas!
bootsout.com sells fake ugg boots from China and will not let you return them. They are horrible!
What a rip off. They took 2 weeks to get here fron China and they are so fake. The website is very misleading. They should be ashamed of themselves!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They will send you a pair of knock offs from China... and then give you a hard time when you try to return them!
Had to send them back to exchange at first response was fast now I am still waiting for a month and no response from them. I know they recieved the boots back and still waiting in the exchange to be sent back and have not hear a response from them sent 10 emails in a week and have not heard a single word yet.
