So this site sells a cute bag that isn't brand name and designed by an unknown person. I reached out to customer service cause I've read cases (on their Instagram page) that they give shipping discount if you order more than 2 bags. Started off fine, customer service was courteous and was like 'Sure, I'll help you!". Haven't heard back from them since. I've emailed them to follow-up cause I wanted to purchase about 3 bags (btw these bags are over a $150). Nope, never heard back
