Bracemed

Ordered a set of night braces to wear on my ankles while sleeping. When I didn't receive product after two weeks, I emailed merchant. No reply. Emailed again several days later. Got reply. Merchant said was shipped and twice told me they would fax me documentation They never did. They did not reply to my emails. I filed a dispute with paypal. Several days later, I got the braces, but the wrong size! Gave them a week to send me proper size before elevating to a claim with paypal. No response again, so now it's in the hands of paypal. This is the most incompetent online merchant I ever had to deal with. At least I have the product albeit the wrong size. Maybe I'll put them on ebay.
