I'm leaving a negative review because I did not receive the product that I ordered and I have not been given a way to return the product without paying for shipping both ways. I was excited to find that this site carried my favorite panties, which are a cheap Hanes product but are incredibly difficult to find. The price and shipping charges were reasonable, given that I cannot find the product locally, and although shipping wasn't speedy, the package arrived in a reasonable time frame. Upon receiving the package, I realized that I had been sent a different product (which is a totally different style from what I ordered). The correct style number appeared on my receipt, but the wrong style number was on the packing slip. I assumed it was a typo, as my address was also spelled incorrectly on the packing slip but not the original receipt. I contacted customer service, and they told me that the product I ordered was discontinued, so they sent me the "next closest product". If I wanted to return it, I could send it back and they would credit my charge card. I replied and asked if I would be refunded for shipping and sent a return shipping label, and have not heard anything back. $6 for shipping + $3 for return shipping is more than what I paid for the three pack of underwear, which I could have purchased locally without paying for shipping at all. Since I cannot trust this business to send the correct product, offer cancellation if they do not have the correct product, or provide a way to return products that were not ordered, I would not recommend them.
