“Quick and efficient Service”

I would like to give a commendation to the technician David Smith from Bullseye Solutions who worked on my laptop. He worked very hard taking care of my computer problems and did fix everything to my satisfaction. We had a lot of problems with my phone and my internet provider, but despite all the trouble thrown his way he continued to fix everything and I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was also quick and efficient. Thank you for allowing me to give him this commendation.

“Bullseye Solutions Scam”

I almost fell for this scam too. They represented themselves as a division of Microsoft. They had control of my computer and wanted $450 for upgrades. While they were playing with my computer, I was on my tablet and found this site. They did not ask for credit card info but that I mail a check. This person "Mike" was still on the phone and I told him he was a scammer. I hung up and hope I successfully deleted all their crap.

Wow they almost had me. Everything the other reviewer's said also happened to me. My screen was actually frozen so upon first calling the number I really thought I was talking to a Microsoft person. Took control of my PC and ran me through endless diagnostics telling me of all the problems I had. The pressure tactics started when I refused to select a plan and told the guy I wanted to check with some of my people and call him back. He didn't like that and that's when all the red flags went up. I hung up on him, restarted, and everything works fine. Taking a PC to my local guy to check it out.

I WAS STUPID AND FELL FOR THIS SCAM.
I'm not computer savvy and It cost me $800.00 before I realized it was a scam. The review's above is exactly what happen to me as well. But I was stupid and gave them money twice.
Don't fall for it, go to your local support tech.

I will contacting the Attorney General's office.

Good job helping me get back up and running with Outlook and the Virus issue. Good response time and stayed on task until job was complete. Glad to have this kind of support on hand.

I am very pleased with the help I received from the Bullseye Solutions customer service rep Chris, while purchasing Driver Support for my computer. He explained to me how the program works. Because my computer is fairly new and in need of an internet security program, he introduced me to the Internet Security program as well. I now have both programs installed. Thank you for improving my computer and for talking with me like I was guest rather than a " not very computer savvy" customer

This is a tech support scam company. A pop-up warning stating I had a "ZEUS VIRUS" on my computer scared me into calling a number that was shown on the screen. I panicked and called because the pop-up said that the virus could disable my computer. The person that I spoke to (very heavy Indian accent) told me that he was a consultant with Microsoft and scared me even more by telling me that all my information could be destroyed unless I acted immediately. He wound up selling me a so-called security plan for $300.00 which he said was better than the Norton plan that I had. Later that night I found out it was a scam and went to my bank to block my account the next day. Saturday morning (5/27/17) when I went to my bank they had already taken the money out and when I called and demanded a return of my money they agreed then and said that they would reverse it by 6/1/17. Since then I've made numerous calls to BULLSEYE SOLUTIONS and they continue to bounce me around and are now telling me that I have a 2-year NON-REFUNDABLE CONTRACT! I'M OUT $300.00 because of these thieves.

SUPERVISORS: GARY SMITH & RYAN CARTER (possibly fake names)

This was a tough one. There was a hacker that put up a crazy Microsoft warning thing that was yelling at me from the computer. Bullseye Solutions Techs spent a lot of time cleaning up my computer. Then lost the connection. The computer went into a looping mode of rebooting and shutting down. It took many many attempts to get it out of that mode. Now it is working smoothly and efficiently. I just need to call them regularly to clean out the malware and junk.

I wish to commend Mr. Abhi for his infinite patience and matching skill sets. He resolved a vexing printer problem and malware issue while dealing with my apologies for being so unversed in hardware. Mr. Abhi was more than patient, he was understanding, most polite and problem solved despite my flawed efforts to co-operate, once even inadvertently disconnecting my phone.

Because of support like this that I have come to know, I make every effort to share these experience with others. It is one of the best investments one could make.

I thank you all for your efforts to help those of us who have these needs. In my case, I have important documents to complete for Monday delivery. Mr. Abhi made all of this possible. My gratitude runs deep.

At first I was thinking that I needed to contact this company in order to fix whatever issue I had on my computer. I could tell he had a MIDDLE EASTERN voice was on the other line. The first red flag was that I was asked what was I looking at, what kind of stuff do I use my computer for, if i purchase on-line from my computer, do i do a lot of activity on my computer. I kept asking what does those questions have to do with this issue, and never answered his question. The second red flag was that I I kept being asked if I was a student or if I was a worker, I never answered his question. Again I asked what does that have to do with my computer issue. Something kept telling me to talk him around the bush as I he was trying to do me. Normally, a REAL company that is asking you questions about the make, year, and model will know where to find this information; given that you're connected to their system. They shouldn't need to keep asking how old your computer is, what year etc. So I knew this whole thing "smelled funny". The notice you get prior to calling them is that if you click out of the page your computer could be destroyed and you will not have access to your computer. Well, how about the agent had me completely turn off my system and restart it. When I was able to login, I began to laugh inside and said to myself..."click on your chrome and see what happens. I shouldn't have been able to login". And guess what, I was able to get on chrome, I could see the website that I wanted to see and everything. So I was like yes, this is total BS and people should know. When I asked him what the name of his company again it was as if he couldn't pronounce BULLSEYE but he could pronounce US all day. LOL. Anyways, when I asked him for his name He gave me a very American name knowing damn well with that thick accent that wasn't his name. Normal representatives have a badge number, but he did not state what his was. How I got off the phone was that I asked, "will have to pay something". If this is YOUR carrier YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING, PERIOD! This fool said, "yes, you may have to pay for a technical support fee". Come on yal! There's now way! Think of it like this, with your phone or your TV. Any issues they you have with your device you have some number to call, with a code (he never asked me for my code). From there they will tell you what that code means and where the issue is referencing from. THE ONLY TIME YOU SHOULD PAY FOR ANY SERVICE IS A RE-CONNECTION FEE, IF YOU FAILED TO PAY YOUR BILL AND THEY HAD TO RECONNECT IT! As for your COMPUTER, if you have to do anything over the phone, generally the service to help assist you is for free, due to the demands of laptops and computers these days. You will have to pay someone upfront if you TAKE IT TO THEIR BUSINESS FOR THEM TO REPAIR. Before, he could finish anything, I told him I needed to wait for my parents and tell them to call him. He said the number they could be reached at is *******114). LOL! COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM THE ORIGINAL NUMBER ON THE SCREEN. FYI. Don't let these suckers scare you in to anything. You should have some way to save your data and store it. If you need to get a new computer, no biggie or go to an AMERICAN professional (NOT OVER THE LINE) to help assist you with fixing your computer.

GOOD LUCK!
