I placed an order over 20 days ago. They claim delivery in 7 - 11 days with free shipping to US. I tried calling their phone...it doesn't work.I tried leaving a message on their website...got a syntex error. I have emailed them more than 4 times with no response. They claim answers within 24 hours. What moon do they live on. I understand they don't care about reviews...The onlything left to do is call credit card company and seek a refund. Place an order with this company at your own peril. I will not order from them again unless something magical happens like getting my order and a major appology...for delays and non-responses.

Material is good. Looked exactly as shown in the reference picture.Looks very beautiful real greenery. Totally recommend it.

I was surprised that it was not terribly wrinkled. Cute for photos and a reasonable price.

I rarely write reviews but this product is worth taking the time to do so! I am so pleased with my new backdrop! It's absolutely how it was described! I opened up the package and unfolded it just enough (about 2 unfolds) so that I could put it in my dryer and warm it up a little so that when I opened it completely it would smooth it out. I have the backdrop up on my loft office wall at home and what an inspiration to have on my wall! You guys did a great job and at a great price! Many thanks to you guys for what you do!

Was charged for purchase and never received any shipping information or product! Emailed SEVERAL times and no response, called number listed and not a working number!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - I should have known when my bank cautioned purchase, I should have listened to them... I tried to upload proof of purchase image and it keeps rejecting it.

This back drop is so pretty I used it for my daugthers birthday. I'll still buy more if and when I need to.

This is my fifth purchase. Both vinyl material and polyester material are good. Packed are professional. Don't worry about damage during transportation. The most friendly thing is that all size of backdrops are seamless background, which is absolutely commendable! I love it and will buy again!

Backdrop came useless - dry peeling fold lines white on black background. No response from company for replacement or refund. Seems like from age or weather damage on every fold line. Don't buy.

Highly praise this backdrop, sooooo beautiful! Friendly customer service and answered my questions professionally. Fast shipment. I received tracking number in 1 day. The backdrop was packed with bubble wrap. It came with folding lines. I spent time making out after hang it.

This photo backdrop is a complete waste of money. Upon arrival, it was folded instead of rolled which caused an abundance of wrinkles and creases that made it completely unusable. No amount of ironing or steaming could get rid of the wrinkles. The product was marketed as a high-quality, professional backdrop, but the reality was far from that. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone and I'm very disappointed with my purchase. Save your money and invest in a better quality backdrop that will actually serve its purpose.

They offer many sizes as well as different material. I got the vinyl brick wall. It is very sturdy and realistic. Shipping from china so it was a longer wait, but still worth it!

Professional company, sales great backgrounds. We always ordered backdrops on etsy/amazon/walmart/wish etc. This seller is the best one. Great quality. Color no difference, backdrops are realistic, especial the price, it is more cheaper! We will order more items here and suggest to friends.

Customer service were very rude, unhelpful and didn't offer any resolution. TERRIBLE experience. I contacted them a number of times and even offered to return the goods but they refused to refund me for the postage which would have cost as much as the product. I would never deal with these people ever again.
