I have been a buzz agent for 3 years and it is really interesting, I have had lots of interesting things to test and buzz about, it is all about (WOM) word of mouth, the concept is that products that people actually talk about to each other get more notice, I have tested chocolate, toothpaste, petrol, wake up light and a 'sad lamp'.
There had never been any problem and the goods arrive promptly.

I have been part of Buzz Agent since 2005. The site is a word-of-mouth (WOM) marketing network to try new products and spread word of mouth.

This site was so awesome in 2005. They would send me some cook things to try out and tell my friends about. You get money or gift certificates on this sites. You just try out products they send you. You can link you mypoints account, if you have one, and get points that way. Which I have gotten a lot of gifts certificates that way. The main focus is trying products.

Anyway so in the past I have gotten a free bottle of perfume called Soul. At the time I never heard of it and my mother liked it so I gave it to her. It was worth $50 some dollars. Then I got a whole Dockers outfit. I got the socks, belt, pants, dress shirt and jacket. I gave it to my dad. Now I have gotten other things as well from them, just not as cool as the first two things. I have coupons for free oil and food products.

You are suppose to Bzz people about the product. Which means you tell them what you thought either negative or positive. You then write a paragraph about your Bzzzing.

It was 4 starts when it first started. For the last few years though it's not as good. They will send you to websites to buzz people about or products, but just tell you about them and not send you the actual product like in the past. Recently I got a CoverGirl campaign. Now in the past I had a Revlon campaign and they sent me a free tube of mascara to try. This time they just told me about the product. It's not as fun so I'm going on less and less now. They did send me a free bottle of Children's Claritin Cough Syrup plus coupons for $3 off. That was neat, but besides that it has been a long time since I had a good campaign.

So I have them 2 starts because they were awesome and still have potential to be a fun site.

I had a stroke 6 years ago and I noticed I was only getting 2 invites per year to review a product and that didn't guarantee I would get it. Just an invite to sign up to hopefully get selected. Well... I belong to a freebie site and they tell people about new products they can review with Buzz Agent. I signed up from the freebie site. Buzz Agent said if you weren't directly invited by them you won't be selected for that particular campaign. Come to find out, they flagged my account and kicked me off of Buzz Agent like I'm some criminal. I wrote to support and told a lady by the name of Becky about my stroke. There was no compassion what so ever in her response. I went thru hell with my stroke. I was in the hospital for a month! My God, I had a major stroke in my brainstem! She didn't reinstate my account. Who would lie about having a stroke? I also have Sarcoidosis I'll battling. I'm just tryin to try and review products as a way to help me get by, that's all. I've been a member of Buzz Agent before before Power Reviews bought it in 2018. Six years or so, and I've reviewed many products for Power Reviews too. I don't know what else to do? I haven't heard back from my last email. They need to send a warning email to people, then if they continue a behavior against the guidelines, then flag their account. But not do what they did to me and others.

Tip for consumers:
This company needs skills on how to professionally deal with the public. It's really sad.
