Be careful what you order- you may get something different than you think! If I could give zero stars I would. Deceitful advertising and horrible customer service. They used bait and switch to have me order the wrong color hat. Photo of white cowboy hat and they ship me black ones. There is no photo of a black hat - just small print on the order that it was actually black. That's called bait and switch. And they would not accept a return. Unacceptable! I'll be reporting them to BBB.

I ordered cowboy hats on 9/14 for a wedding on the 26th & paid extra for fast processing. On 9/19, I contacted them because I had not received shipping information. They then emailed me that some of my purchases were on back order! It should have let me know when I placed the order that they were out of stock! Do NOT order from them if you need something in a hurry!
