These people are so incompetent, I'm thrilled that we went elsewhere. They didn't show up for an estimate; their tracking said they arrived; I waited outside - nothing there. Then they lied and said they rang the doorbell (no, they didn't - because I have a video doorbell - duh). They said they called several times - but they wrote down my phone number incorrectly.
They pretty much ruined our day, but luckily they won't be ruining our patio doors.
