I recently purchased cycle shoes online from Cambria bike and purchased the wrong size. Alan from Cambria helped me with the exchange which was super easy. I got my replacement shoes super quick! It was unfortunate that the replacements had a manufacturers defect but again Alan to the rescue! He not only replaced them quickly and free of charge but also checked that the replacements didn't have the same defect. Great company to work with!
Understand the delay in shipping during this period but shipment has labeled since May 3, and there is no Status till today. Perhaps could change the provider to UPS as I have excellent service from them.

Was looking for 2017 stock fork and Cambria had for a great price (50% off!).
No response to any emails I've sent regarding my order.
Charged my cc and the product hasn't shipped.
Communication isn't that hard.
Am happy customer getting my products in few days and great service. Will definitely order more from them if I ever need anything.

Incredibly slow shipping. (Ordered evening od 5/13, will arrive by 8PM on 5/22) Although the price was good, 8 days for shipping is excessive when most competitors do it in 3 or less and offer free shipping. I am guessing this is SurePost. Had this been made clear I would have ordered elsewhere.
Product was exactly as advertised. Took a little longer to ship than I anticipated but that's ok, it arrived in good condition and functions well.
Hello - I purchased a tri jersey and specifically paid extra for express shipping (2-3) days. My order was placed on June 3rd and I still have not received my order (it is now June 8th). Tracking says it should be here today, but I have no assurances that will actually happen. My race is tomorrow (June 9th) and I will not have time to practice with the new jersey. Please advise on how you can remedy the situation?

I made multiple attempts to place my order, only to be told 'one of the items in your order is out of stock', but not actually informing me which one?! I changed the color of the TLD Air gloves from green to blue and the order went through. All well and good, but not very helpful. Why are the green gloves available to order if they are out of stock (other colors greyed out)? And no option to be informed when back in stock? Regards
