Claim Your BusinessI have been very happy with camofire.com. Some of my friends had recommended it to me as a place to get hunting gear for good prices--great prices, rather. So I recently checked it out very thoroughly by buying several items. They are very fair to what they say and seem very good at what they do. I would highly recommend camofire.com. (Just watch out when sitka gear comes on--it goes fast.)
Ordered two mud river kennel covers size large extended, received size XL. In over a month of emails and calls with the revolving cast of characters at Camofire, I received numerous incorrect RMA's to wade through, constantly confused and contradictory information from different employees, had my account credited for two replacement covers (one arrived, again incorrect size-XL), all to end up with repeated explanations as to why none of the fault is Camofire's, and it's all Mud River. Beyond a certain point of sympathy, I don't care about your internal issues, when you continually fail to address your mistakes with me. Now I am headed to the post office to buy an XL box out of pocket, and ship all three kennel covers back, with no resolution for me, and my dogs freezing in the cold for the last month of this debacle. When speaking with final customer service employee, I was told how annoying the situation was for him to wade through on his side... hmm, you're getting paid to deal with your own mistakes, should I charge you my rates for my time you have wasted? A job done wrong, resolved for Camofire only at my own expense. I was a frequent customer, will not be in future.

Never had I dealt with worse customer service or product quality then with camofire and black ovis. Don't waste your time or money with them. One example is i purchased a jacket and they tried to sell me an old outdated version of it that clearly didn't match the new model in the photos. Then they refused to mail the correct one.
