I canceled by CancelHero plan. They continue to charge me afterwards, despite me contacting them. They are not worth the money they charge and if you do use them, payments continue after going on despite me canceling their contract. I am beyond frustrated with this company. I have asked for a refund, but of course - no response from them. Within two days recently, I've been charged $51.40 and $50.19. I strongly suggest avoiding this company.
This company is a huge scam. You can easily cancel with any company on your own without spending money.
Freeshipping.com will scam you for two ($2.00) dollars and cancelhero.com will cancel your Freeshipping.com ($2.00 dollar scam) for thirty seven ($37.00) dollars.
BOTH SITES ARE SCAMS.

I should have check this site and read the other comments. I too was scammed by Cancel Hero. It happened when canceling Blue Apron, an online food delivery business. When canceling, Cancel Hero popped up and I assumed it was part of Blue Apron. The transaction cost $37. Later I found out that Blue Apron does not charge for cancelations. Now I'm fighting the charge with my credit card company. I'm having a difficult time trying to convince them that Cancel Hero is a fraudulent business. I hope my experience will prevent someone else from being victimized.
Horrible company! They don't allow you to cancel once you've used them once, just keep charging! I was forced to use them by a car washing company that said I had to go through them to cancel my membership with their company. So I did, and they kept charging me $37 every other month. Wtf?! Why would you even insist on claiming it's a "membership" when you legit only need to use them once? You are horrible people, whoever is behind this place! I had to completely shut off my debit card and get a new one just to keep myself from getting charged more because even my bank couldn't get them off my account. You are the biggest a**holes I've encountered yet and I hope karma hits you hard. What you are doing is STEALING from people.
This PO Box rip-off scam operation is a 1-star operation. Tried to charge me $37 for times a year to "cancel a $1 transaction.
I tried get them to cancel a subscription to Tubum, afterwards I went back to work on the Cancelation myself, it was easy. Liam from tubum was very helpful in helping me. I asked for a refund from cancelhero. I hope they work with me, if not I will contact the BBB as well as my cc company.
If there was a " less than one star" category I would give it!
A week ago I canceled my Adobe subscription under my account on the Adobe site. Then I received an email from cancelhero.com saying basically if I really wanted to quit, fill out this form so of course I thought they represented Adobe In some fashion but, as I was filling out the form the next page told me I had to pay and that's when I knew this could not be for real. I called Adobe to confirm that I actually had canceled previously and they confirmed that I did then I asked them about cancel hero and they knew nothing about it.
My question is: how did cancehero know that I canceled my Adobe subscription?
