I would like to share my online ordering experience with candyfunhouse.ca since March 13,2023 (Order #*******)
Terms of Shipping I pay for shipping via canadapost, it must be received 3-4 business days after I pay. The store started sending the goods to me but the problem happened at canadapost. I tried to contact canadapost and they said the parcel was delayed. Or may be lost during transportation And let me contact the store for reship or refund because the latest parcel status is on 31 March 2023, still showing as Delayed from the 13th until today, it takes a long time to wait. But the store is silent and tries to tell him to wait and wait, not solving this problem other than waiting. Disappointing until today I still haven't received it, the product amount I paid is $ $114.93

I tried to request proof of the reference number the shop tried to say contacted canadapost and was waiting for a response from canadapost but it's been two weeks still no update. (And I'm very disappointed when the store doesn't take responsibility for the problem.)

Before this I tried to offer the store to reship to me again. He is silent I already paid but had to wait an indefinite date. Is to defraud customers. I try to contact the store all the time. But still kept silent and only told me to wait, crazy.
The first two contacts they claim they can't reach canadapost... Crazy they sent me the parcel but when the problem happened the shop said canadapost can't reach. Lie and deceive the customer... But I contacted canadapost and they apologized for the problem and they also advised me to contact the store for Reship or Refund (unfortunately the store did nothing just told me to wait and Waiting and I've been waiting since March 13,2023 until the day that 1. Of the new month)
====What should I do when I come across this kind of irresponsible shop?
