We filed a case with them in September after Coinlist fraudulently froze my account, they did not state any reason and neither a date for unfreezing also at thesame time i had been swindled by a scam forex brokerage, they handled both cases professionally, they are able to force coinlist to unfreeze my account and i was given a 48 hours window to move my assets, also they were able to get al my capital from the scam broker back, although i might have some reservations about the communication but i understand i was the one with too much on my mind, but tungat's intervention has given me a whole lot of peace and rest.
Tip for consumers:
Always ask if they can recover for you before you accept their terms so you can have their word on a yes or a no, in case they can't you can open a dispute.
