I have requested the pictures they took and they sent me a stick for my computer. I even bought a new computer and tried the stick cause it didn't work on my desk top so l tried the stick again and it said l need a password! Older or brand new computer doesn't matter because it says l need a password. I have requested this password twice and still had no response so as far as l know, they sent me nothing! I will now have to go back to the BBB again. I am so disgusted with Caring Transitions. All l know is they took my money.
