I do not recommend this website, I purchased one unicorn charger for my iPhone, everything went well until I received it. The charger was not working at all, I thoroughly followed the instructions though. So I contacted them to return it back and that's when it went sour and unbelievably believable. The customer service was doubtful about the charger not working as « all their products are tested before to be sent » so they asked me to send pictures the item was not working! I did and then, they kept trying to avoid the return by putting the blame on me! They were rude and guess what? It did not stop there, I had the bad chance to have my issue being taken care from the boss or supervisor, look out for the level of maturity and professionalism. The lady who is supposed to be the one lead the company, the division through her message was attacking me and laughing at me by saying « who do I think You are? Lol I am the boss I don't care! » for instance, instead of taking responsibility and appease the situation she was acting up and morally being at the level of a teenager for who popularity got way over her head. I was totally in disbelief as I have NEVER met such despicable leader, until now it's the only one. I am quite surprised the company still running. That girl did not want le to return it, whereas in their website it was stipulated we could return it! She was utterly no rational due to her cockiness. The attitude of the customer representative makes sense if they have been trained by such a person. I finally had the info to return (by threatening to take legal action and keep on chasing them up as they started to ignore me…) I has to pay for the shipping … but finally got reimbursed. Honestly go buy somewhere else, you have to be confided whether you keep the item or you have to return and they have an issue about the return which is a problem when you have a company!

I purchased one of their cases based on an online ad i saw on social media. When I received it, everything looked great and had decent quality considering the price, but it was not what I ordered (they sent the incorrect version for my phone) i simply wanted it exchanged but was told i had to return it and then purchase a new one. I decided I'd just return it and not purchase a new one because i had to pay to ship it back myself and the cost wasn't worth it for something i could buy at a mall kiosk (plus they're there ones who sent the wrong case, so it didn't seem fair that i was losing out on money for their mistake) NO BIGGIE! When I got an email asking for a review on my experience I simply said it didn't seem fair that they wouldn't pay for shipping, and I got the SNARKIEST email I've ever recieved from anyone in customer service. Quote: "we didn't pay for shipping? Then who did? Do you think the post office pays for shipping? Nice review. " I mean... I paid for shipping both to ship it to my house and to return it to them, so the audacity to have this kind of energy when I was trying to give my honest opinion is kind of gross considering I would have purchased from them in the future if they updated their return policy. Im definitely never recommending them or purchasing from them again because they clearly have poorly trained and highly aggressive staff who need to be taught how to address paying customers with legitimate concerns.

Purchased phone cases online they shipped me the wrong item. Because I opened the package they will not allow me to return the item. They will not respond to emails no phone # I am out the money and have a phone case that is no good this was their error not mine. Don't not do business with this company
