I ordered a bulk transcription for videos, and the transcript editor on their platform has been completely unreliable. We've experienced bug after bug, from issues with changes propagating to the various file types, whole files missing in the directory, and within the transcripts even entire lines missing or speakers names that were switched. Customer service has been nice and responsive, but we've wasted so much time on back-and-forth because of these bugs that have come up over months, that it's not worth it. And when I asked for a discount because of all of the issues we had experienced, they didn't provide one.
