I ordered a "Leather Carrying Pouch Case For Apple iPhone 6". The phone would not fit; the case measured 5.30" while the iPhone 6 is 5.44". Cellphoneshop refused to refund shipping and also refused to refund the product cost unless I returned the product at MY cost.
I filed a complaint with PayPal and received a full refund (product + shipping) in 1 day.
Boo on cellphoneshop; Yay for Paypal.

The bottom line is this - "You get what you pay for". The prices are so cheap on cellphoneshop.com because they sell poor quality junk. Their customer service and return policies are such that it's hardly worthwhile to return anything to them so they make out no matter what. My recommendation is to find a reputable site (Amazon) and spend your hard-earned money instead of sending it directly to China.

Have used this site twice for car chargers, smart phone cases, screen shields, and USB cord. Pleased with promptness and accuracy of site. Prices reasonable and products were as described.

I first visited this site a few weeks ago. About 3 weeks ago I lost my home phone charger for my Samsung sgh a-127 cell phone. Since I bought this phone over 2 years ago. I had a hard time finding a new home charger. I only had a car charger. I went to the AT&T store that I purchased the phone from. They advised me that they where also out of the chargers at this time. They advised me that I could go online to buy one, but they where not supposed to tell me that. I asked the man at the store how long it would take for him to get one in? He advised me it could take about 7 days. I asked him how it would cost? He told me $15.00. I asked him why it was so high? I told him that I was due to get an upgraded phone from them. He said for me to pick one out. I looked at the new models they had, since my old phone is not blue tooth compatible. I was hoping to find something I liked. They had no small flip phones that I liked at all. The man at the store told me to try out this site. When I went to this site I was amazed they have every kind of phone that Samsung had made in the last several years. Even ones from 5 years back. They have every name brand not only Samsung phones, aslo almost every carrier you can think of. They also have cases for the phones and all types of chargers as well. I found my charger for only $7.00 at this site. So if you need something for your phone or just want to buy a new phone. Or a phone that is blue tooth compatible. Try out this site. I think they are pretty cool. The order was delivered very fast within 1 week I had my new home charger. I hope this review helps those who don't have a lot of money. It helped me. I returned a tablet cover that did not work 1 month ago. Despite the fact the shipping cost more than the cover, I would have been happy with the $29.99 refune. Never happened. Go ahead... be a sucker... order from these crooks!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, have had nothing but trouble, goods were faulty and had to pay postage to return item and was told not to record etc. now being told they did not receive it. Dreadful people to deal with, shoddy goods, would rather pay more and buy loclly

I have bought quite a few items at different times. I have had no problem with the items or customer service.

I placed order and confirmed. Two weeks went by, and did not receive my products. I contacted them, and they mentioned, wait until the weekend; the weekend went by, still did not receive my items. I received my refund(PayPal)

Came quickly, but the site claims it is a Canadian site... it is not. Items are from China in plain white boxes... be careful. Some items worked but I am skeptic they are the brands they claim to be.
