Dr. Sawyer helped me remedy a painful dental EMG caused by a poorly placed new crown, not letting my teeth meet anymore, by a new dentist in Marble Falls, TX! A totally horrible $$$ costly, painful experience at 65 also being physically restrained in the dental chair, & hollered at from stating my repeated dissatisfaction, while assistant remained quiet! That new new crown fell out on Mothers Day! GEEZ! Legal counsel had me file assault/battery & other charges! I am so thankful to Dr. Sawyer, I'm now finally pain-free again, functional & back with Dr. Sawyer's (out of network) office for good!

Dr. Sawyer & office came highly recommended from new friends in 2014 when I moved here! He is still HIGHLY recommended all over as one of the best Dental practices in the Hill Country Area! I have had such excellent experiences with Dr, Sawyer throughout the years! Then I had a dental Ins. Change in 2023! Now told, no longer accepting Dr. Sawyer in network, Ins. Suggested a family practice (in network) in nearby Marble Falls, TX! The ONLY in network practice close! Thought also maybe I'll save money? ALWAYS REMEMBER-YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
So I went to this new dentist, & after 2 weeks endured so much pain, frustration & abuse, trying to remedy the complications incurred with a new misfitted too high crown! This also causing my 2 yr old much needed surgical night guard- having drilled into, to no longer fit either! This had thrown me into a EMG painful situation! I had to leave there, and seek dental help elsewhere), after dentist on repeated visits stating there's nothing else they can do, nothings wrong, it's all in my head), for my protection also! I was now ready to pay ANYTHING to fix the new painful complications, or even to just function again! I reached back out to Dr. Sawyer & staff for a EMG work-in! Dr. Sawyer took care of my dental EMG. With such care & understanding! He also made a new appliance $652, (no longer ins. Covered), for less than new in network dentist quoted, (the new dentists mistake!) This surgical nightguard is absolutely mandatory, (from advanced jaw joint arthritic deterioration!) Seems my new Ins. Co, saving me money, omitted Dr. Sawyer was in fact accepted on my plan, just out of network! Found that Dr Sawyers out of network copays were the same as in network copays elsewhere? Dr Sawyer's great dentistry & staff are the BEST! I've worked for 15+ past year's in the dental field! I know great! He also volunteers in our community! I highly recommend CENTRAL TEXAS FAMILY DENTISTRY! I am forever grateful! Lesson learned!
