I ordered a couple remote control airplanes for my sons birthday.
Here is what I sent to the company several times trying to get what I ordered or a refund.
"It's not remote control, it does not have an electric motor, it does not fly, it does not look like the item I selected and it's not even as big as my hand. Also the packaging did not even protect the boxes so they are damaged.
Your site says 100% satisfaction guaranteed and I am not satisfied.
I would appreciate you sending the items I selected as in the first picture (the remote control jet) or refund my money. "
Here is the type of reply I keep getting:

We are so sorry to hear that you are not willing to accept what we proposed. While according to our substantial experience, it will cost you more than 20USD for shipping the product back to us, and customers need to be responsible for the returning shipping fee.
In this situation, how about we provide 15% refund of the product for this product? You can save money for the returning shipping fee. And we will reflect this problem and amend it asap. We sincerely hope you can understand and agree, also leave a positive comment on our website after you received the refund."
I paid the shipping fee and that math does not add up.

This company is a scam. They show you a video of remote control jet what they send you is nothing like what's in the picture. When you contact them all they ever tell you it will cost you more money to send it back since you are responsible and it would be just to keep it and accept their discount I kept complaining and I got them to raise it to 25% oh boy what a joke do not buy this item they told me I would get it within one week and it took three weeks I bought this for my grandson and now I'm embarrassed to even give it to him the plane is small there is no rechargeable motor it's just like one of the old balsa wood hand gliders. The ones we used to get as kids. Save your money this is a rip-off
