“SCAM not affiliated with the USPS”

Fraudulent Site appears to be the USPS but charges $39 for what the USPS charges $1.05 then the SCAMMERS will go back into your account for more money using a Visa Provisional charge... CLOSE YOUR CARD IF U USE THIS SITE OR THEY WILL STEAL MORE OF YOUR MONEY...

This is a ELECTRONIC SCAM SITE to get your credit card information...does NOT change address but takes money out of your account

“It appears to be the US Postal Service, comes up first...”

It appears to be the US Postal Service, comes up first when Googled.; for change of address - then it charges you $30 without warning or receipt - you recieve the receipt by email later.
