I placed an order for a hat that showed in stock on the website on 11/23/23 and my card was promptly charged for the purchase. I received an acknowledgement email confirming the order was received and is "processing." The website explicitly states that processing time is 1-3 days. After a week went by and I did not receive any sort of shipping confirmation, I logged into the site to check status and saw it was still processing. I used the website to send an inquiry over but never received any acknowledgement of my inquiry being sent. I waited a couple days and repeated this and still did not get a response so I called the number on their website. Nobody answers the phone there either so I left a voicemail message with my contact info and the order number. I still have not heard back and the website still shows the order is unfulfilled. I will be contacting my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau to report this if I continue to be ignored by the company. I do not recommend making any purchases at this website!
