Their shipping page says a return form will be included in the box or can be downloaded from the web site, both of which are not true. Wanting to avoid giving them my credit card information, I also paid through paypal. I would have been able to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but paypal won't be helpful unless I can actually return the products.
Their products are obviously fakes: their are lighter weight, thinner sole, and thinner outsole than the standard Ugg Short Boot. They also advertise multiple colors on their site, but shipped only chocolate.
I am having a chinese friend translate a message to send to them and translate the shipping information from the EMS label. Hopefully this will work. Otherise, I'll donate the items and learn a hard lesson.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I made the mistake and ordered one pair of boots and the next day went online to check my order and the website was totaly down...
A week later though a package did show up... Inside was the totaly wrong boots one had a huge hole in it and the left shoe was an 8 and the right shoe was a 5... I ordered a 9 go figure... No return labels or even order slops were included...
There is no company info, phone#, or address where you can reach them. I can't get any tracking info. Could be a fraudulant company! I PROBABLY LOST MY PAYMENT. I PAID THROUGH PAYPAL, SO I DON'T KNOW IF THEY COVER ME!
