My order was confirmed, shipped and correct. The ordering process was easy, subscriptions were available, shipping was at lightening speed and order was correct
Purchased $300,3 story Frisco Wire/wood Playpen for pet. Upon opening, discovered the pan in bottom was damaged leaving sharp, broken places. Initially chatted with customer service with the recommendation of sending the entire thing back and getting a new one or looking on Amazon to find a replacement pan. Seriously?. This thing is heavy and takes an hour and a half to assemble. They refuse to just open up another one like it and send me the pan. Ridiculous. Final resolution, a credit of $60 to my credit card. Now for $240 my pet has a broken piece of crap from Chewy.com. Not the warm and fuzzy they like to advertise. Should have bought from Amazon, They even know it themselves. Would have been no hassle,

Tip for consumers:
They advertise a warm and fuzzy connection with your pet, when it comes down to it, they deliver poor customer service in the event something goes wrong. First purchase will be the last.
