1star, because I couldn't give it a 0. Be warned: DO NOT do business with this company! Misrepresented sizing, cannot easily contact anyone to return it, no return address, no receipt, no refund (when I FINALLY contacted someone, they offered 30% back and told me withdrawing my PayPal complaint would work out more conveniently for them.) This has taken a month, over 15 emails, and is still being disputed and I'm out $50.98 and am stuck with an unusable item. RIPOFFS!

I bought 3 items and am trying to return 2 of the three. I have tried through their e-mail to get the correct return address, out of the three address I have for them. Their websight ciaopania.com says "24/7 no hassle returns". I have sent photos of the two items, information on the packaging of each item, information on the outside package from mailing, and have communicated all this information a least 9 days ago. They are not responding, so I feel really ripped off, feel like my time has been totally wasted, and am so mad at myself for buying from them! They are connected to Brain Burgeon LTP in London. Anyways, One linen dress I bought I ordered as XL and it is barely a USA medium or small. The other was a coat that they advertised as "chemical fabric" and it came in as a thin thin polyester. The quality of all three items is poor, but I decided I wanted to keep the third item, a linen dress and use my own sewing machine to reinforce the seams. I have not heard a word from them since 5/7/2021 and I forwarded through my e-mail all of the information they asked. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER. Thanks for listening to me! Mrs. Jae P.
Tip for consumers:
Do NOT BELIEVE their words, they are false words for returns. The pictures of the items on their websight are not what you are getting. The seams on the one item I want to keep, will need to be sewn for reinforcement as there is just one sewing line of thread.

I ended up using a 2XL blue linen dress, that I will have to sew to reinforce the seams. The blue is a medium bright blue. The fabric did shrink a bit, even though I did not put it in the dryer. I hung it to dry. The two I want to return is item#WZWS03246005, thin think black "coat" that was listed as "chemical fabric" and return the item#WZLY09616040, green linen dress, ordered as 2XL and received as USA size medium or small.
