I needed a chipper that could handle a lot of work because it was for a large property. I called the store and they recommended a yardbeast. It took a long time to arrive (5 weeks), I just didn't cancel because the store always called me to pass on information. As it took longer than they said, i got a veryy good discount! When it arrived everything was ok, no damage. Overall it was a good buy
