Weak customer service. Return policy states has to be returned new - how are you to know how poor the product is until you use it? Ridiculous policy.
Ask others out there before you purchase- believe you won't get solid reviews
The brush is cheap and of poor quality. I reached out to their email for return label and no one has been answering. The phone number they have on their website does not work and no one will answer you. They are scammers. Be aware!
Tip for consumers:
that they were not scammers. had I known that they have no customer support and that I would be stuck with the purchase I would have never purchased it!
