Worked the first day and then suddenly quit. Huge waste of money! Feature by feature was lost. Then absolutely nothing

In the demo page you can play with all the features the product has to offer. We tested the demo and when we understood this is the solution for us we decided to purchase an annual subscription.
In the subscription page, one of the incentives to buy is that you can cancel if you are not satisfied within 31 days.
Once we finished the very long subscription process, some features were missing. We asked for help from their support and they asked for extra money for features that were part of the demo.
When we told them we don't want to pay and want the money back, they said that only if the support fails to help we can cancel. When we sent them a screenshot of their advertisement saying we can cancel within 31 days, they offered a discount, but refused to refund us. That's when paypal stepped in and gave us our refund.
