One of my restaurants in Houston Texas wasn't doing so well so I decided to close it down. I'm no foreigner to this process and I know how tedious it can be, so I was a bit dreaded. I paid for $95 to have my Californian company dissolved. I was asked to sign some paperworks online and that's about it. It was a pretty simple process to dissolve my llc. The reason I used Click Attorney is because their price is affordable compared to Legalzoom and other similar services.
As soon as you enter your company information ClickAttorney it will say "SEARCHING THE SECRETARY OF STATE'S DATABASE" followed by Yes, we found your business record! Seems find and okay, however they do not really check the database or anything of that nature because I have made up multiple business and even used fake words, and I still get 100% success rate. I proceeded to email them about the authenticity about their services and the reason why any business I type is always found but not have heard back yet.
I closed down my trucking business (Mighty Trucking Z LLC) with this company. They asked me for $95 fee, then a fill a short form. After like 3 weeks, my business was dissolved with the State of California.
They handled all the paperwork for me professionally. This service is good.
