I purchased a purse as a gift. The day it arrived, I opened the package and the zipper would not unzip. It was stuck closed. I emailed customer service immediately and was given nothing but the run around. I have a purse I can't use, a charge on my account and no way to do anything about it. They wouldn't give me any information on how to return the purse. Consumer BEWARE!
Complete scam and ripoff... don't fall into their trap... they used western union so there's no proof of payment and won't allow u to return merchandise... its been 5 months since i have been trying to return a bag i purchased thinking it was legitimat... there is a $#*! named susan there who says her manager is out for 3 hrs whenever i try to geg their return address... fake testimonials through out the website... they write the testimonials themselves! Don't get scammed by them at any cost...
