I am using cobolonline.com from last 2 years nd have a great experience with cobolonline.com hosting. Never faced any kind of problem, technical support is awesome. The online service is reliable and fast. The staff is quick and thorough at responding for queries I like this web host and will continue with them for long run... I switched to cobolonline.com after about two years with a competitor of theirs. My 14 years IT experience says that cobolonline can beat all it's competitors by 100% and for just half the cost.
I switched to cobolonline.com after about two years with a competitor of theirs. I don't want to say who the competitor is but I must say that cobolonline has them beat by 100% and for just half the cost. Support is also relay great. I never had to wait more that 3 h for my problem to get solved.
I am in hosting industry since 2007 but never experienced so friendly & helpful support team like cobolonline. In my opinion they are EXCELLENT!
However they should improve their chat support response time. Some times I have to wait for 4-6 minutes to get a response.
Overall I'll recommend this host.
