I've sent a claim to Cobone 4 weeks ago, they still not answering accordingly, they sent me 2 messages informing of voucher replacement but never actually did it, and fit each of my emails they continue giving excuses, I've never thought that they could become a scam, be careful!... don't book!

We recently visited Bahi Ajman Palace booked through Cobone.com. We got a good discount. Initially our payment was rejected due to some problem with our Debit card, but as promised, Cobone returned our money within three days n asked us to book again and second time we booked using 3D secured card and it was done. If there is less than 1 star i will select that. I purchased global village voucher from cobone, but I received used voucher from cobone. Then i was waited long time in global village gate and i purchased another ticket from global village ticket counter. Very bad customer service also. No one is responded that time. Waisting time and money. Don't choose cobone.

If you have bought a coupon from Cobone for a Keratin treatment at Hairplay salon in DIFC please be aware that the condition that states the voucher is valid only for 14 inches of hair is a full on hoax. I was aware of the condition so had checked my hair length which is 18 inches... however little did I know they would measure from the top of my forehead to the longest tip of my hair for which I got slapped with an additional 8 inches above the 14 stipulated and a 240 aed extra charge. I complained at tge store for which I got a whole mumbo jumbo from the shop manager about how to measure wigs length. Just giving you a bit of forewarning.

We bought Eid staycation voucher which is denied by the merchant. Then I realise there is no way to contact Cobone as the number doesn't work and nobody replies the email. I'm stuck with my money blocked with them. Please stay away from this scamsters.

This website depends on the deal itself, I bought a cobone for a cruise once, and it was a bad experience, totally not what i expected, plus when i reached to the place of the cruise i found better offers and cheaper ones there. I have tried a cobone for a ladies hair saloon as well and it was for 200 AED and when i went there they kept arguing for the hair length and stuff and ended up charging 800 AED extra! So i can't tell the benefit of the cobone anymore!
On the other hand, i bought some stones and cheap items for house and were good and took only about a week to arrive which is also suitable.

So as i said in the beginning, it depends on the dealer and the deal itself, so just be careful and call the dealer to ask about the offer before you buy it, because they are tricky sometimes. Good luck.

Do not buy Cobone vouchers, they dont value customers experience and doesnt care, just only business

Cobone made a false promise of making a reservation for a yacht and asked me to go ahead and purchase the voucher. After I purchased the voucher, the service provider disagreed with the fact that Cobone checked with them about my reservation. And in next 1 minute the reservations lady asks me to ask for a refund and cancel the voucher. Is it a joke or something? When I placed a call to Cobone reservations team, asking for my reservation and the false promise, the lady not only spoke rudely but also banged the phone. Very poor customer service and highly disrespectful.

I had an issue with getting an appointment booked at a parlour, however Mustafa from the customer service assisted me with getting a credit of the amount on cancellation and also with transferring it to my friend. He was very prompt and quick to assist. The team is very good

Bought cobone vouchers for the cove Hotel for a weekend away. Excellent value and easy to use the website and vouchers

I bought a voucher through cobone website with AED99, after I went to redeem it, they requested me to pay another 40 dirhams which does not make sense at all, as it was not mentioned on the website.
This voucher is for snapgitness gym.
So be careful before you buy and voucher.

I bought a voucher from Cobone for a spa treatment, at the Bavaria beauty spa.
Was impossible to get an appointment and receptionist rude when I mentioned it was a Cobone deal.
I complained to Cobone who were quick to issue a credit which I used on another deal, My style & Beauty salon in JLT.
I booked the appointment there, they had advertised for gel nail extensions, when I arrived at the salon, they didn't have Gel nail extensions, in turn they offered me to choose Gellish manicure and hair color.
My hair didn't need a hair color so I just chose to do the gellish manicure and pedicure.
The disappointing thing is their product and service was so bad that next day the gellish polish started peeling off, i feel it's a scum.
I felt no need to complain again to Cobone, the problem seems to the merchants advertising for services they can't offer, which cheating.
I feel Cobone should have a way to vet this merchants. It's really a scam and ripping off people.

Tried to get a refund. Absolutely no way they said. Not for any reason. So they just steal your money.

I received I response my payment was being reviewed. Within 5 minutes my money was taken from my account and no voucher to be seen. I have called and message and nothing. The voucher was to be used for today. Their response is they will get back to me in 2 days. When you sell vouchers for same day use you can not get back in 2 days and only work 5 days a week. If you sell on the weekend you should have a contact number for the weekend.

I had a very bad experience with cobones voucher. Got it for lal qila restaurant in Abu Dhabi and got denied twice..

Very poor customer service on 4th september i have submitted my case, they in 2 working days will get resolve now its 10 days been past and no clue about the resolution, called several times on customer service number 45 mins on hold line no one came to answer the call... Going forward will never do shopping from cobone, bad, poor, pathetic, i wish if in rating zero there must have rated ZERO

Its better to contact the service provider directly for prices rather than getting coupon from these guys! I bought a buffet coupon for 45 from these guys but the actual price was just 40 directly from the restaurant!

I purchased a deal for elearning cudoo.com from their site cobone.com ksa for 1 year subscription cost 17 dollars however when I received the voucher and register I found out the site isnt well developed some modules or lessons units are missing. So I asked for a refund as I was not satisfied with my purchased. I made the payment via paypal so I expected to get my refund back to my paypal but I was upset they refund it as store credit. And I asked why they wont refund it as the initial paymet method made. They said they made an exceptional refund what a bull$#*! reason. They offered a deal that isnt good. And still they were thinking of their interest instead of the customer. I have no choice but to spend the refund because it has 3 months expiration. Dont puchase in their site

These are crooks. They show as if they are offering huge discount but in reality the supplier (hotel etc) are offering the same price. It's better to contact the suppliers directly and do the booking. This way you can even upgrade later on. We had bought Hotel Friday Brunch vouchers where they mentioned that Cobone.com are offering the it for Dhs. 69 instead of Dhs. 150. When we checked in the hotel, they said that it's the basic option that even they are offering for Dhs. 69. When we wanted to upgrade, the hotel said they cannot upgrade it AS IT WAS BOUGHT AT COBONE.COM. Stay away from cobone.com. Go direct.

I did purchase the vouchers for a Dubai fishing trip using the CC and the money fled together with transaction. The voucher stated that I need to make a four day booking in advance for receiving the services. I've done it six days in advance and the merchant, deny to provide the service at the requested date, offering the alternative of one week rescheduling, or adding more than double the voucher cost for an uplift trip on my requested date. Naturally, I did complain to Cobone, and after e-mails exchanges and telephone conversation (mind you, the complain line is always busy and 5-10 min waiting in the queue should be expected), they said, the merchant is right because all the offers on Cobone site are subject to availability, not guaranteed, even the payment had been done and the booking conditional had been fulfilled. Cobone offer the alternative of refund within 3-5 days subject to approval from the management. It is a great disappointment and I am not recommending the company services. Lost of vacation enjoyment, money and time.
